The place was absolutely fantastic! You have such a nice view over the lake and to the mountains. The food was very good and Sanu and his family and his staff made us feel like we were at home! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

Sanu’s place is a must stay! Definitely the best location in Begnas. Beautiful views from every room and the restaurant. The food was so fresh and made with love. I’m not a big fish person but their salad with fresh fish from the lake was so good! I went swimming straight from their dock and the water was so warm and clear. The area is covered with exotic flowers and trees and I was happily surprised to discover so many varieties of butterflies I’d never seen before. Sanu and his family and staff are very friendly and make you feel right at home. If it’s your first time in Nepal, Pokhara is great but getting very overdeveloped and touristy, I highly recommend staying in Begnas at least one night, and Sanu’s is the place to stay!

I originally came for just two days, then extended for two more days then for two more weeks. This place has awesome views, very friendly and helpful staff. Sanu and his wife Maya made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Sanu on d lake, as the perfect place to chill and just relax!

Peaceful, beautiful view, very quiet. The place was super clean. With a warmer atmosphere we would have stayed a bit longer. However, a lovely landscape !

Great place to be! Sanu's place is a little paradise in Pokhara area. Here you can appreciate beauty all around from swimming in a clean stunning lake, appreciate views to Himalayan mountains, observe the large quantity of animals around, enjoy peace&quiet, walk in the woods, take tips from Sanu for local places to be...So much to do!! Loved especially the view to the lake from my bed which made my mornings magical! Had a super time here and you cannot not be happy at this place! Highly recommended!!
