Staying with Martha was perfect! Walkable to the Promenade and lots of eateries along Wilshire & Santa Monica Blvd. it was an oasis in the city—so private and peaceful. Martha even adorned the place with fresh flowers! Feeling spoiled in the best way. :)

Wonderful place that is convenient to everything on the Westside with the feel of being in an oasis. Apartment is super quiet and Martha is very kind. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for three nights and our experience was very similar to all the positive reviews we had read before booking. Martha was very responsive from the beginning once we booked. The instructions on how to access the guest house was very clear. There was always parking when we were at the guest house, often times right in front of the property. House was very clean and cute. Snacks and waters were laid out for us. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would book again.

This was probably the best Airbnb experience I have had. The space itself was so cute and comfortable, and very private. Martha was there whenever I had a question and even left fresh flowers throughout my stay. The garden was just lovely! I hope to stay here again next time I’m in town and would 100% recommend Martha’s place to anyone looking for a quiet and homey stay so close to the beach!!
