Lovely host and perfect space with all the comforts and a desk space to work. Rachel provided breakfast and was a great host. Would definitely recommend stay again.

A nice space and comfy bed, this is a great place to stay overnight however the floor is a tad squeaky. Other positives include a short walk to the shops and town centre, parking and strong wifi.

Nice big parking space, only 20 mins from the NEC, good value pub to eat at just around the corner. TV n DVD player in room. A warm welcome from Rachel then a nice peaceful night. Comfy bed, nice and warm would definitely stay again to attend our trade shows.

Great location, local pub 2 min walk did great food. The property is very clean and tidy and has everything you need for a 1 to 4 night stay
