Stunning, quiet & bright top floor design apartment, featuring an impressive sunny private terrace offering panoramic views of Valencia. Premium location, less than 3 min. walking from the City Hall Square or the Central Market, walking distance to all major attractions and well connected to the beach. Tastefully decorated and featuring only and quality materials, my home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers, wishing to spend a memorable and relaxing stay in Valencia. My home is on the 10th and top floor, in a building with elevator. The 137 m² penthouse is completely surrounded by large windows and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that bring in tons of natural light. The open-plan living space offers a comfortable sofa, dimmable lighting, flat screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 and some beautiful artworks. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors (which can be folded away completely) open to the private terrace, featuring a table with 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds, to relax on. This is the ideal space for al fresco dining (possible nearly all year round), sipping a glass of Valencian wine or simply lounging after a long day out sightseeing. In the bedroom area there is a comfy king-sized bed (180 x 190 cm), a TV, a full-length mirror and a closet with enough room to put your clothes and luggage. In the elegant office room featuring a Samick piano, the fast Fiber Optic high-speed Internet connection (50Mb) and the work desk, will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. Clean, fresh high-quality bed linen and bath towels are included. The towels supplied are for use in the apartment only. In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, SMEG coffee machine, toaster and juicer. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The bathroom features a separate standing shower and a big bathtub, for a relaxing bath, and separated by a door, you’ll find the wc and bidet. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Washing machine and laundry detergent will also be provided at no cost. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can.
Patxi was very helpful. He arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and a neighbour was waiting to explain everything. The flat is beautiful, bigger and more spacious than the photos show. As well as the attractive sittingroom and terrace, there is a lovely big study and a huge, sunken bath. The bathroom sink drained very slowly which was a bit of a pain. But on the other hand the sunken bath more than made up for it! I would have happily moved in there for a few months Patxi provided a pack of information on the city and we had a lovely stay.
Lovely loft style apartment. Very spacious with a great office room. Easy access to old town sights, restaurants and public transport. We couldn’t really use the terrace as it was too windy to lower the awning but it was a beautiful space with great views. Would book again without hesitation.
A great apartment, within a couple of minutes walk to the central market and other busy squares. Easy access to the vast network of cycle routes, for exploring the city and beyond. The outside furniture is a little tired but it didn’t ruin our stay. The only other slight disappointment were the patio doors as, unlike the pictures, they did not open fully and access was only by one small door at one end which made it difficult to get in and out.
I booked this place based on the terrace and I wasn’t disappointed. Being able to sit up there with a glass of wine at the end of the day was a real treat. The bedroom was quiet and I didn’t have any issues with street noise. The location was within walking distance to pretty much any sight you would want to see in Valencia as well as public transit to the beach, etc. Finally, communication with Lucia was easy and check-in was a breeze! Overall a great stay!
The apartment is located in “Ciutat Vella”, the Old Town of Valencia. Within few minutes walking distance, you will see emblematic places like the Mercado Central (just 1 min. walking distance from the apartment), the Lonja de la Seda (Silk Market), the Church of The St. Johns, the Town Hall square, the impressive Valencia Cathedral, amongst other main attractions.
The area surrounding the apartment is full of cafes, restaurants, bars and small interesting shops. Some areas of the adjacent El Carmen neighbourhood are also popular to go out for dinner or dancing, especially over the weekend.
For groceries, Valencia’s Central Market, considered one of Europe's largest and oldest running fresh produce markets, is as said just 1 minutes away: there you will find the best fresh food you can find in the city: vegetables, fish, seafood, meat, cheese, dried fruit, olives, bakery…400 stalls and more than 8,000 m² inside a really beautiful structure made out of ceramic, stone, marble, iron and mosaics. Don’t miss it!
Within 10 minutes walking distance you will find the Turia Gardens, the biggest green area of Valencia, on the old riverbed, hence its non-official name El Río (the river), as we locals say. People go there for running or cycling. Going on a picnic here is also quite popular!

Central Market (one of Europe's largest and oldest running fresh food markets) – 250 m. / 3 min.
Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Hall Square) – 300 m. / 3 min.
La Lonja de la Seda (The Silk Exchange, UNESCO World Heritage site) - 400 m. / 5 min.
Barrio El Carmen (Old Town) – 400 m. / 5 min.
Plaza de la Virgen, Basilica and Cathedral - 700 m. / 9 min.
Calle Colón (Shopping area) – 850 m. / 10 min.
Turia Gardens (Turia old river bed) - 900 m. / 11 min.
Not to mention all the bars and restaurants just outside the door. Experiencing the true essence of Valencia couldn't be any easier.
How to arrive?
The Metro station "Àngel Guimerà" is 600 m / 8 min. walking distance from the doorstep and connects with Valencia Airport (17 min. travel time, Lines 3 or 5. Metro runs from 5.27 until 23.30 at night, running every 6-9 min throughout day, 7 days). Train station “Estació del Nord” (Nord Station) is a pleasant 9 minute stroll away. If you are arriving by AVE high-speed train, a taxi from the “Joaquín Sorolla” station will take about 6-10 minutes; The beach (Las Arenas, La Malvarrosa) is 25 min. by bus from the city hall square.
All major bus routes are available either from our Avenida del Oeste (1 min.) or from the City Hall Square (5 min. walking distance).
If you arrive by car, there is a private parking just opposite our building (Parking Avenida del Oeste - 100 m. / 1 min.)
