We had the most exquisite vacation at Anne's cottage. We were stunned by the beautiful views, the most thoughtful amenities, the cleanliness, and all of the care and attention that was put into preparations for our stay. We enjoyed skiing, local restaurants, and cherished the time we spent in the cottage as well. So grateful for everything, and so excited to come back! My absolute favorite AirBNB experience so far! Anne’s cottage is a slice of paradise. From the stylish, smart decor to the incredible mountain backdrop to the Inn amenities, we loved every second of our stay. This was a true vacation for our family with small children. We loved using the gorgeous pool on hot days and checking on the Alpaca and baby kittens. The surrounding area in southern VT is wonderful and there is so much to explore and do. We will be back!

Welcome to Hill Farm. The 70-acre property features an inn, detached cottages, a restaurant, and vegetable farm on a historic dairy located outside of Manchester, Vermont in the Equinox Mountain Valley. The property includes walking trails along the Battenkill River, patios overlooking the mountains, a vegetable farm open for walking and grazing, along with a seasonal pool & hot tub. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities both on and off the property that connect them to the farm and the land, including culinary classes, farm tours, yoga, fly-fishing, hiking, skiing (at nearby Stratton, Bromley and Magic Mountains) and all else that Southern Vermont has to offer.
