Luba is a great host and very helpful. Luba and Steve made us feel at home. The property was clean, tidy, and surrounding was great at a very good location. After our good experience at this property we would love to visit them again. Luba thanks for having us at your home.

Luba and Steve were absolutely great host. The place was spotless and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Their dog Yasha was super friendly and gently absolutely amazing. The place was clean and tidy and anything you wanted was there. I’ll definitely be back again. Thank you again Luba and Steve and not forgetting the most cutest host yasha the dog x

One of the best single room Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, Luba and her husband were helpful through the process of booking and check in, the room was bigger than I expected with some great amenities put out, and when I met them in the evening they were very friendly and a pressure to talk to. Also a lovely little dog! If I’m in Southend in the future I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Luba’s place is very nice! She and her husband are very nice people that we really enjoyed talking to. The room is perfectly fine and southend is a cute little area to hang and walk around. The airbnb is close to the center, the pier & good restaurants. Thank you for having us!!
