Three generations of my family stayed with me at Binny Cottage over Easter time end of March . We loved the lay out and size of the rooms . The art and decoration is fabulous . I have never stayed in such a well catered for home . Sam has struck a balance between cosy and stylish really beautifully. Everything we needed and more for 3 nights of family celebrations. As a wild swimmer I was in my element with the tidal pool and got to the sauna at Elie in glorious sunshine . Sam as a host has thought of everything and was super helpful giving advice and tips for local places to visit and dine in . Sam was really accommodating in allowing us an extended check in and out time due to the harbour renovation ongoing . Would love to return any time of year .
We had a fantastic weekend at Binny Cottage. It was beautifully decorated, clean and incredibly cosy. It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend of exploring. We already hope to return! Thank you Sam for such a special weekend.
Right from booking, Sam was super-helpful and proactive with recommendations, with lots of helpful hints. She was even able to hunt down a local ceilidh for us to attend! We loved spending the week at Binny Cottage with our friends - it was cold and windy on the East Coast but the heating was really effective (we had it turned on a fair amount of the time), and the wood-burner made it extra toasty! The house was beautiful, very well equipped for cooking, and there was a great selection of board games and DVDs available.
Our family stayed over Christmas and it was the perfect spot to enjoy cozy evenings. The whole house was spacious and comfortable, great for a large group. Kitchen was very well equipped. Also great communication from the host. Thanks for a lovely stay!
We spent a great sunny weekend at Binny Cottage as a group of friends. The cottage was so comfortable, warm and welcoming and was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location in Pittenweim made it very easy to explore the area by car or on foot along the coastal path to some of the other villages in the East Neuk. We had a fantastic relaxing weekend and would definitely recommend Binny Cottage for a good central place to stay in Fife. Sam was very helpful throughout the booking process and always responded quickly to any questions we had about the cottage.
