Booked this last minute and was not disappointed with the quick response - and the location was perfect. Love this place and can’t wait to come back.

I will not stay here again and suggest you don’t either because: 1) Host expected cleaning that was NOT mentioned in the listing. On top of the $100 cleaning fee, you are expected to strip beds, and add them to the laundry,take all the towel and bring them down to the laundry (minimum of 45 minutes per cycle), take out the trash outside, down the icy street on single digit temps. 2) Significant problems during check in and check out. I waited approximately 35 minutes (again, single digits) with luggage trying to contact the host and tell them the locks were frozen. Finally, a neighbor came by and held a lighter to the box and I was able to get inside. At check out, which I left 7 minutes after check out, the cleaner was very upset and yelled at me as I went down the stairs demanding to know why I did not clean the air bnb. 3) I spent approximately 3 hours dealing with problems with the locks, with air bnb support and overall communication. 4) LOUD construction at 7am out front.

Great place to stay in downtown Juneau ! The hosts were super responsive as well. Would love to get the chance to stay again.
