We had a fab holiday! Barbara and Fabrizio were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. There local knowledge was invaluable and exactly what we were looking for…a real Italian holiday filled with a mix for relaxing by the Villa pool and day trips to the beach, lakes and quintessential Italian villages (Sorano was stunning!) Villa was rustic and charming, tucked away in the hills. Really peaceful, but close to the local town. Thank you so much Barbara and Fabrizio!! We had a great time at your Villa!

we stayed in Barbara's beautiful villa in September. its a beautiful , restful place. Its simple, elegant architecture fits into the landscape perfectly . Watching the ever changing sky in the evening was a pleasure . There are lots of places nearby to visit, I particularly loved the lake.

Barbara's house is really beautiful, especially specially the huge garden with plenty of olvie trees. If privacy is important to you, we can totally recommend this place. The house has everything what you need for your vacation and is decorated with a lot of nice details. The pool was also amazing as it has the perfect size for swimming. Barbara and Daniela were both super kind and the communication was always really smooth. We felt really welcome and would love to come back. Thank you for everything!

Wir waren zwei Familien die einen wahnsinnig tollen, entschleunigten zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in Barbaras Haus verbringen durften. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Daniela und Fabrizio empfangen und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an alle wenden. Barbara hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt ob alles ok ist, oder ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Das Haus, obwohl nicht weit von Canino entfernt, ist eine Ruheoase. Man fühlt sich sofort entschleunigt. Wenn man etwas erleben oder sehen möchte ist man schnell am Meer und auch am Bolsenasee. Wir haben in verschiedenen Restaurant gegessen und es war immer lecker. In Canino hat es eine schöne Gelateria in der es auch super „Dolci“ gibt. Am meisten hat uns aber der riesige Pool und die super Terrasse an Barbaras Haus gefallen. Wir haben oft gegrillt, gebadet und eine tolle Zeit zusammen verbracht. Obwohl es sehr heiss war (35-42 grad), hatte es immer einen leichten Wind der uns die Hitze sehr erträglich gemacht hat. In der Nacht kühlte es immer auf 20-22 Grad ab, die uns super in den bequemen Betten schlafen liessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses wunderbare Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Our stay was perfect! Barbara and Fabrizio were amazing hosts and went above and beyond… they were the most kind hosts we’ve ever experienced. They even helped get us to a doctor and translated for us. They are wonderful people. The house was perfect. Pool was amazing. And we were located perfectly between beaches, Tuscany, vineyards, Florence, and Rome. This is the perfect house for people wanting to have a base for all sorts of adventure. The people in Canino were incredibly kind and helpful even though very few people speak English. They welcomed us and treated us so warmly. I can’t write enough positive things about Barbara, Fabrizio, Canino, the house, and our time there!
