Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei Felix. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten die herrliche Terrasse oft nutzen. Die Kinder liebten die Tiere (Pfaue, ein Hund und Katzen und zwei herzige Babykätzchen).

This place was absolutely stunning! We stayed with a group of 5 adults and had enough space. The pool + surrounding is beautiful and the animals are adorable. We had an amazing time there. Felice, our host, was always available and helpful. He recommended a lot of food places, local spots and markets. The landscape is beautiful and both, lake Bolsena and the sea are less then 30 min away by car. Decently recommend this place for holiday!!!

Agritourisme très sympa dans un cadre top ! Nos filles étaient ravies d’être entourées de chats et de chiens ! La piscine est très belle. Les hôtes étaient très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

beautiful and quiet place outside the city. The nearest town is approx. 9 minutes by car. In addition to the beautiful surroundings, you will be greeted by a lot of animals in the garden, from dogs, cats to peacocks. The main point is the beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds. The owners of the property take care of their garden and everything was in order. The only thing I would point out is that, since the accommodation is in nature, once in a while you may be visited by an insect visitors inside the house

The place is beautifully settled between fields and nature. Perfect for a holiday away from busy cities. The apartment and pool are exactly how they’re shown in the pictures. A highlight were all the animals living on the property (cats, dog, peacock, deer…). Communication with the host was great, he was very helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend staying there. Just don’t forget to bring mosquito spray.
