Greg was so great! He was always so quick to respond. The place was One of the nicest places I ever stayed! The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. Greg went out of his way and bought a new set of pots and pans. The bed was comfortable. The decorations and artwork was so positive and enjoyable to be around. I would highly recommend!

My roommate and i stay 2 months at the art house during a travel nursing assignment. It was absolutely wonderful. Greg always responded promptly to any question or concern we may have had, although most of our questions had nothing to do with the house and he was still very informational and helpful to us since we were not from the city. The house is in a neighborhood tucked away from the loud city and has everything you could need, even for a long stay. We highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay again!

Super cute house that is very close to downtown STL, Soulard, S Grand, you name it! We stayed for about 2 months while looking for a permanent place to live and this was perfect for us. Our dogs had a nice yard to play in, super cute back porch to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee, fully stocked kitchen (including plastic food containers to conveniently take lunch to work!), your choice of a Keurig or a regular coffee pot, and comfy beds! Greg was great with responding quickly to any questions or issues that came up. Neighbors are super kind and helpful if you have any questions about the area as well.

Clean and comfortable stay. Greg is very professional and accommodating. Bathroom sink is difficult to use (trickles and handles are very stiff) and the immediate neighborhood didn't feel the safest. Otherwise it was a good stay
