This is an amazing house. We could have happily stared at the view all day, every day. The pool is lovely, right in the middle of the house, and we were really impressed with the outdoor games and beach gear. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well-sized, and the master suite was was phenomenal. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is gorgeous and the beach is sensational. We saw dolphins and a manatee while out swimming. We were a party of 13 (ages 3 - 77) and it suited us all. I think we’d all happily have stayed forever.

Stunning home exactly as wonderful as the pictures all show. Great place to enjoy the gorgeous Captiva beach, family time with games, swimming, and still enough space to get away when needed.

This house is absolutely perfect with views that take your breath away. My husband and I brought our 6 month old and both sets of grandparents! The location on the island is amazing, so close to everything! When you pull up it’s like a nature preserve the front yard is magnificent with different tropical plants and trees. We had never rented a beach house with a pool in the center of the home but it turned out we loved it! Having the screen above the pool keeps the bugs out and it’s wonderful for kids because you can watch them and use the pool any time of day. The floor plan is ideal for large groups. We used the den downstairs as a play room and it worked great. You will not be disappointed with this house.

This place is super private and a truly great location! So much to do at the house for large parties! The beach was beautiful and our family was able to watch the dolphins swim from the porch every day!
