Die Wohnung ist absolut toll. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt! Man muss nur ein paar Schritte gehen, dann ist man am Strand. Dort befindet sich auch ein Pub in dem man sehr gut essen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super! Wir haben nichts vermisst. Chris hat auf Anfragen immer sofort geantwortet und hat uns in einer persönlichen Notlage sehr geholfen! Nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sandy toes is a really nice place to stay, modern furniture that was really comfortable stay, host kindly left us a welcome gift that we enjoyed. Property is literally next to the beach and everything is close by Thank you Chris and family for letting us stay

We had a fabulous time at Chris and Lorraine's place in Porth. The house itself was perfect - everything we needed was there for us as a couple with a busy 17 month old toddler. The blackout blinds were particularly handy as we use these at home, as was the stairgate. All Chris and Lorraine's tips for the local area in the handbook were really useful and we visited lots of the places they recommended including the Eden Project, the local soft play and many of their cafe and restaurant recommendations. The house was clean, tidy and the sofa was so comfortable I spent quite a while studying the label to see if we can get the same one! We loved sitting out on the terrace during nap times and watching the world go by. The location is perfect for exploring Newquay and Porth beach itself was lovely to go on and paddle in the sea with our little one. We'd love to book again at some point and would heartily recommend booking a stay!

Excellent host, great communication throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The place itself is in a great location and Porth beach is perfect for families. The house is lovely inside and felt like a home from home immediately.
