Our second stay at the Westerlands estate in just under 8 weeks. We were 3 teenagers, 2 couples and a small dog . Oliver agreed to us being 7 people and made the house us for us accordingly. It was a Perfect retreat ! We got a really friendly welcome and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. Fabulous drinks at Emma’s horse box and our girls just loved chatting to the lady there. Their hands were so full of coffees to deliver back to us, that Oliver whizzed them back to base! We will definitely be back thanks for a lovely stay. The honey is delicious too - highly recommend buying a jar. The review asks us if it’s a “good deal” and I gave it 3/5 for that because we definitely paid a bit more for the Easter bank holiday and so I didn’t want to say 5/5 as that suggests it was dirt cheap. Think Air bnb need to review that question. Anyway we will be back!

This was a short February weekend with friends - ideal location - away from it all - yet close to fantastic farm shops, pubs and many attractions if needed. We didn't have time to take advantage of the things on site (riding, wellness) but it was a beautiful spot and we could walk from the door - lovely evenings mist rising from the fields and the walks onto the lanes towards the downs - very empty and peaceful - very spacious and comfortable house. We all live about an hour away from here but it felt like we had been away for ages in a lovely, unique spot.

Really beautiful setting, Olver made us feel very welcome and was very responsive... We'll definitely be back again soon, to ride some horses, hopefully 👌

I spent a couple of days at Olivers and had a couple of requests to make my stay unique. Oliver & Cheryl were amazing; I talked them through what I wanted and they were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, very relaxing! we will be back
