Great place to stay. Great view. Tried to charge us for not taking the trash out after paying $250 cleaning fee. Other than that we enjoyed it.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Encinitas! Steve and Laura thought of everything and beyond for a great stay. We loved having access to the bikes to ride to the local coffee and lunch spots and enjoy the scenic views along the way. Their home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your visit. We would love to return for another visit!

This home offers everything for the perfect week getaway. The location is walkable (or electric bicycle) to great restaurants and cafes. Just a blow away you will find access to the beach. This home was extremely clean which was very much appreciated. I will say the only downside is the spotty signal and WiFi. Our tv kept cutting in and out, but that’s probably just a great reason to disconnect! Sometimes the universe gives us these blessings..

We had a wonderful time at Steve and Laura's place on Neptune Street in Encinitas. The vibe was fun and laid-back, and we had everything we needed, including bikes for our whole family to use to cruise around the town, gym equipment in the garage to work out with, and a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. This was definitely a great stay for spring break with the kids!

This trip back home to San Diego was not for pleasure. We were dealing with a loss in our family. Steve and Laura assisted with us getting in a few hours early and made sure we were comfortable. It was a large comfortable open space with beautiful views in a very peaceful neighborhood similar to the one I grew up in on the San Diego coast. A perfect place for my family and friends to spend time with. This is not a place to come party or be rowdy. People are below you and close buildings on all sides. If you are respectful of others then this is a perfect beach spot. If you are looking to be loud and party then I would suggest looking somewhere else. We loved the property and will be back when visiting family again.
