We booked a week in August for our family of 12 (+baby). The home is nicely laid out and accommodating for a group of this size. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which hold 5 people and the master suite for 2. Because of the make up of our 4 different families, that wasn't a perfect set up, but it worked out fine. Mark was accommodating with an earlier check in, which was appreciated. I communicated with him a couple times, both before our visit and during, and he was quick to return calls. We had some trouble with the microwave / oven combo which prevented us from using for over half our visit. Because the cooktop was working, we improvised, but it was none-the-less an inconvenience. I understand a repair couldn't be arranged sooner, but it does impact my rating. If not for this snag, this place is a solid 5 star. You will enjoy your time on the Chippewa Flowage. We are an outdoor family, who enjoy fishing, swimming, water skiing/tubing and campfires, so this was a great fit.

If you are looking for a beautiful home and scenery you have come to the right place. The owner of the property was very helpful during the check in process. Easy to reach by phone. He gave us a run down of the area and what to expect. When we pulled up to the house our entire family had smiles. Such a beautiful house that is very very well taken care of. We have stayed at many many vacation homes and this one is the best by far. Very clean, and has everything you need, plus more. And the view from the living room of the lake is to die for. Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. And the game room downstairs kept us all entertained when it was a little too cold to be out on the water and at night. Our kids went fishing everyday (even though it was 30 degrees out) they caught muskee, bass and walleye. We will definitely be back and will be renting this house when we do!

Cabin was perfect for our multi family getaway. The cabin is beautiful and we loved the flat yard space for games . Our 2nd time to the flowage and the area is gorgeous - so much to explore! Thank you for everything - we had a fantastic week!
