This place was perfect for our short beach getaway. Directly across the street from the beach, which was really convenient. We spent most of our time on the beach, so it was nice that there were 2 chairs and an umbrella for us to use, since we couldn’t bring any of that with us from NY (we flew). It is just a 5 minute walk to East Atlantic Ave where all the shops and restaurants are located (or a quick/cheap Uber ride if it’s too hot to walk all the way down). John was quick to respond to our needs and super easygoing. This was our first time visiting Delray Beach, and it definitely won’t be the last! We are already planning on a second visit, but for longer next time.

I cannot say enough about this little slice of beach heaven. Absolutely adorable studio with such Florida charm and a perfect location. Will definitely be staying here every time I go:)

Great place . 20 seconds to the beach. No shuttles needed no joke. John was very responsive. He personally delivered chairs and umbrella for the beach. Plenty of towels. Short 2 minute walk to many restaurants. Very safe area and very quiet. The beach was the highlight of the stay. Worth every penny

I couldn’t be happier John and his Mom were very welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and the location was amazing. I can’t wait to return.
