Great place to stay. Good price for the area. Public transportation makes all surrounding areas accessible. I stayed for two weeks with my toddler while I helped my mother move. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment, but that makes it quiet and private. The beautiful redwood tree, flowering Jasmine and stunning view of Mt. Tam made it very special. We took the bus to the train, the ferry (to SF) and the grocery store. There is a fancy grocery store (Woodland Market) 5 min walk with great buffet lunch, salad bar, deli, coffee shop etc. And a beautiful walking path that goes for miles. Well equipped kitchen, big washer and dryer, did I mention the view?! Our stay was perfect.

The place is cozy and it was everything I need for my stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful in everything I need. I will absolutely recommend it.

Nice place to stay, private and comfy, has everything that you can need during your stay, the only thing is not having a good spot for parking, otherwise is a really good place.

Scot’s place is fabulous. I really didn’t want to give it a great review because I want it available to me for my next trip! I lived in Marin for years—most recently in a bungalow just like Scot’s. It was like being home again. The space is much bigger than it looks in the photos. The outside patio is completely secluded—the blooming Star Jasmine filled the house with a heavenly scent. Although I did not cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen with great pots, bowls, knives, strainers, and even a lemon squeezer! He has really everything you would need. The inside plants are gorgeous and well taken care of. The view of Mt. Tam is remarkable. Love love loved this place. I will be back. Thank you Scot! …Jody

Stayed here for 6 months as a travel nurse. Wrote a review previously and nothing has changed! Great place with lots to do!
