The location was wonderful! The place felt like a work in progress because it lacked hot pads, curtains, art, towel racks, lighting, rugs, coffee, bathroom amenities like body soap and shampoo, and the tv and kitchen outlets were not working. Our host, Courtney, was very responsive and sent an electrician to fix the outlets and helped us get the tv working. The place had just been painted and perhaps the owners intend to finish setting it up. We were comfortable and happy that we could walk to the state park and shops!

Courtney's place was in such a prime location to visit Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake. The entrance to to the park was a block away, the town was a quick walk away, the Harbor at the end of the main strip. Everything was so close. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay! Hiking and outdoor adventure is our game and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Watkins glen, state park with several awesome trails is literally a block away. Also a close drive to buttermilk Falls, Treman state park, etc. Of course also wonderful quick access to all of the wineries, breweries, and restaurants! This place was clean and well-equipped. A short walk every morning to grab breakfast before we headed out. Courtney was also available when we had a question for her one evening. Overall, great location.
