This house is a good value for the price point. The kitchen is stocked, the provided linens are clean and the location is safe and convenient to town. There is free parking, nearby restaurants and a grocery store a short drive away. Travis was responsive and flexible. We would recommend this home for able-bodied adults.

The number of rooms were not as described (stated 7 but there are 4 and 1 loft) . There were not enough towels, paper towel or toilet paper. There was a lot of dust and unfinished fixtures. A few of the beds had springs poking out and the pillows were flat. The location is excellent and very walkable. The kitchen, dining and seating areas were large enough to accommodate 7 adults. Overall I was not pleased as we did have large group and the advertisement stated it would accommodate us all, unfortunately it couldn't and some had to stay in hotels instead, incurring more cost. Travis did include some nice extras such as yogurt, creamer and bagels. All very nice and appreciated touches. The home itself is nice and is very convenient.

The house itself was fine and clean enough. Pretty basic furnishings and somewhat dated. There is a steep staircase up to the house and then again inside to get to the bedrooms, so must be able to navigate those. It was close to the main street and within walking distance of Watkins Glen Park and the marina on the lake. We found the town very charming and the people extremely friendly and really enjoyed hiking up the Gorge trail in the park.
