Its a little bit of sketchy neighborhood but with a central location to the heart of the city. We would have prefered some type of tempurature regulation. We arrived during a warm period and our unit was over 30 degrees every day and even at night and we were unable to ventilate or cool down the apartment which made sleeping uncomfortable. I Was unaware of the constant area fireworks. Being woken up at 2 and 3 in the morning with fireworks going on for several minutes or longer made for less than satisfying sleeping. Also some neighbors do not take concideration when closing their doors often resulting in an abrupt awakening from a gunshot like sounding bang of a door slamming shut. Would have prefered a few more essentials like soap and wash rags, pot holder, I left a bag of sugar for the next guest but the unit had 'just' the barest of essentials. This is not to say its not an ok place, but we were overall less than satisfied.

Clean and tidy, the bed is really comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Unas cuantas cosas tiene que arreglar ya que el inodoro estaba desajustado, el sofá cama no valía y agujero en la pared, con lo demás todo bien, me respondían rápido y pendiente a lo que necesitaba

Nice apartment, great location. I found Fabia to be unresponsive to all requests to make changes to my booking. I will not be using Fabia for future bookings.
