Tim’s place is incredible! We had meals prepared for us that were authentic and delicious. The house and property are well maintained and very private. Easy walk down the beach to surf. Tim and his staff treated us like family. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in the little piece of heaven that our family called the Mango House. Tim was so helpful and communicative too to make sure that we were comfortable at the house and enjoying all the area had to offer. What a gem. Cannot recommend enough!

This place was amazing! Beautiful home and pool right by the beach and close to restaurants. The check in process was very straightforward and the home itself was very clean and inviting. Can’t wait to make it back for another stay!

Tim, your house, Villa de Los Mangos is magical! Once we walked through the gate, we felt like we were in paradise! Here we let the world slip away and instantly began to unwind and relax. We could tell you put your soul into this home. The outside living space, the gardens and the pool are wonderful and peaceful. When we entered the spacious house, we found a touch of Patzcuaro, which we found special, since we live there part time. We loved the mural and other art work. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is fully furnished, which is not always the case. The crows nest was a great area to relax as we enjoyed the sea breezes and watched the waves. We loved that the beach was so close. We discovered that the Hacienda Cafe, was just a very short walk for a cup of capuchino or other favorite beverage and food. Thank you Tim, for meeting us and showing us all the ins and outs of your fabulous house. We had a very relaxing stay! Ruth and Duane
