Great little spot, patio is so nice to enjoy breakfast on!!

We spent 9 nights at Craiggs Cottage in April. As listed, it was noisy, being near a corner. There was construction across the street, cutting off beach access. There was a beach a 5 minute walk down the street thru a vacant lot, but to swim we needed to walk about 10 minutes to Reeds Bay, an awesome beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent, coldest banks on the island and food to purchase. We ate at Marcey's and it was great, sitting at John Moore's for banks beer and sunset on a number of occasions with the sound of dominos being played in a back room, DeOutback for dinner and one of out favorite places "Wandas" where we ate what Wanda was cooking (best meal) and banks on her back deck 20 feet from the ocean. WANDAS is between Reeds Bay and Mullins Beach. We pay a visit every time in Barbados. All of these places are within walking distance to Craig's Cottage.

Authentic Bajan bungalow immediately on west coast highway with easy access to beaches, buses and local fish/veg market. Great private space out back for breakfast and supper plus front decking for watching local huddle & bustle. Well equipped with comfortable beds. Maria nearby if needed. Felt safe and homely.

Fantastic position if you are prepared to take the public bus or have your own car. It's on the main road and can be noisy, so you need to be able to tolerate traffic noise. Lovely characterful house with good amenities.
