Great place. Right in the centre of Chamonix but very quiet. Very comfortable with nice beds and plenty of room in large living/dinning/kitchen. Bathrooms spacious and well appointed. Steam room is a real treat! Hosts great and responsive! Would defo return!

The apartment is in the best location in town! You are right in the middle of it all. Despite being where all it all happens, the apartment was still quiet. Chamonix All Year is incredibly responsive and great hosts. You couldn’t get a better location for the price.

Le Kursaal was a great place in Chamonix to stay. The apartment is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking, good lighting, comfortable beds. The steam room is fun to have although we could not get the granite benches and walls to warm up so felt a bit cold. Other than that, it is a great location for restaurants, shopping. We walked to Plan Praz gondola which is a short walk but steep at the end. Might be a better way to get there but we only skied 2 days.

Very happy few days in this flat. I think the photos don't do it justice, lovely, well presented, modern kitchen, good showers, clean and comfortable. Location can't be beaten, slightly strange set up going through shop but not difficult. The downstairs bedroom has no window but you can open the corridor one which was fine. We had a great time, and would book again.
