Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. Checking in was a breeze and the house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The house manual was posted on the fridge for our reference and all the light switches were labeled to make this easier for us. The garage was available for our use, with plenty of space to park our car, which was incredibly convenient. The pool was amazing- heated and screened in! Gina was very kind and accessible, promptly responding to any questions I asked while we were staying on the property. She even left us an incredibly useful binder with activities, restaurants, and other useful information about the area we stayed in. There were also a bunch of fun items available for our use- bikes, beach toys, pool toys. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Gina!

The home was all we had hoped it would be with the inside accommodations and the heated pool standing out. The host was extremely responsive when we needed assistance. The location was centrally located for easy access to restaurants and gulf beaches. We had a wonderful stay and hope to stay again in the near future.

Great listing! The place was clean, updated and included everything we might need. Despite the cooler temperatures, we enjoyed the pool which was heated to 80 degrees. For those looking for details, the house is all on one floor with no stairs. The flooring is tile throughout which I’m sure keeps the place cool in the summer. The master bedroom is at one end of the house with its own ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are at the other end and share a bathroom. Beach chairs and bikes were helpful additions. The house is in a neighborhood a few blocks from the entrance to Lemon Bay nature preserve. We enjoyed hunting for shark teeth at Caspersen beach (about 15 minute drive) and sunsets at Manasota Key Beach (about a 5 minute ride). Highly recommend this listing.

It was a short stay but it was comfortable and clean and the salt pool was a plus. The only negative comment I can give was the camera out back overlooking all our activities at the table, barbecue area and pool. It didn’t feel so private out back and that’s why I gave it 4 out of 5.
