The apartment was immaculate, quiet and vey comfortable. There is an occasional noise heard from the pedestrian way outside the front of the apartment which for us added to the local feel of the place. The location is literally steps away from a great shopping street, very close to Dam Square but without the crowd noises, and very close to a large grocery and wine store. The included amenities were great and the hosts were extremely nice. It was great to have a terrace to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. The kitchen is amazingly well-supplied with everything needed to prepare meals and coffee or tea. The bed was so comfortable and after a great day of walking Amsterdam it enabled a restful night’s sleep. There is only one flight of typical Amsterdam stairs to get to the apartment. Dick and Lucie were the perfect hosts, very responsive and with great information to any question we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a visit to Amsterdam.

Lucy fue una excelente anfitriona, nos esperó amablemente para mostrarnos el alojamiento y nos ayudó con las valijas ya que íbamos con un bebé. El apartamento es hermoso, muy céntrico y tal cual se ve en las imágenes. El balcón es un lugar muy disfrutable para los días que el tiempo lo permite. Realmente recomiendo este alojamiento!

Lucy’s place was just what I was looking for during my first visit to Amsterdam. Amazing location that allowed me to walk anywhere in the city. The place was very clean and the terrace was a perfect place to drink a coffee in the morning. Lucy was great with recommendations, very responsive and greeted me when I got there to show me around. Highly recommend.
