Goi is a very helpful and communicative host. The room had a private bathroom, two chairs to sit down on and a desk with a chair. There were a lot of light options and places to set down your belongings. Great amenities and welcoming environment. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay for exploring the Monterey Bay area! Super comfortable, nice large room (bigger than expected), great amenities, and a wonderful, welcoming host! Everything was clear, quick, and easy for check-in and check-out. Appreciated the host's flexibility when our arrival plans and timing changed at last minute - truly professional! Definitely planning on staying again next time we're in the area - it's exactly what we were looking for.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Goi’s place. Her communication was excellent and proactive. Her home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. For anyone looking to explore Monterey, it was the perfect distance to drive into the Monterey area during the day but come back to a peaceful neighborhood at night.

I was there visiting friends, so didn't really need a lot of info from Goi, but I have no doubt that if I had any questions she would have been right there to answer them. She has as included a lot of thoughtful details for her guests and I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
