Saji is the best!!! Thank's to him our vacation in Sri Lanka was so good. Just when we arrived to Sri Lanka also coronavirus started there and the village just stopped to host any outsiders. Saji came together with a driver to pick us up from the airport and he proposed us 2 different hotels. We choose one at the seaside near Kalpitya and it was really great place! It was more expensive than Rustic Villa but we didn't have to pay extra - Saji payed everything. Our next place planned was Anuradhapura but hotel we have booked also cancelled all reservations. Then we contacted Saji asking for help and he found and booked hotel for us in Anuradhapura. Then the other hotel also cancelled all reservations but Saji found another one we could stay in. He also arranged us great driver who first went with us to Anuradhapura and day after to Sigiriya. The driver also helped us a lot because situation started to be worse and worse becuse of coronavirus and we had to go back to Poland 10 days earlier than we planned. The driver helped us with everything and drove us safely to the airport. Thank you for everything! Thank's to you Saji and great driver (Travel with Laza - please say all the best to him and great thanks from us!) - our trip to Sri Lanka was so good even in this difficult situation of pandemia. We are very gratfull and for sure will go back to Sri Lanka ine the future to finish our trip. Sri Lanka is such a beautifull and interesting country with wonderfull people!

We came back to Sanjaya ´s place because we knew it from last year. It was perfect, we had a great time and hopefully will be back again. Saji (who hosts for Sanjaya) has helped us with literally everything (even a forgotten notebook charger), Mr. Mohan ´ s breakfasts were delicious and the ocean has been kind o us.

Amazing place near the beach for the two or three couples. The area near the the house is way much better than on the photos, it is green and spacious. If you want to feel the real Sri lanka atmosphere and cousine, this is a place for you. The neighbours are very friendly, Saji helped us with every problem we had and was very helpful (transport/bicycles/bikes/food/tuktuks etc.) Mohan, our catetaker was amazing person and also made sure that we don't have any problems. Breakfast, lunches and dinners were also provided (local cuisine). Beach is very close to the villa and everything which is in the description was exactly as it was described. We are very satisifed with our stay in the villa, 10/10 would recommend, if you need true rest away from crowdy touristic locations this is the place for you.

Beautiful secluded little place near Kalpitiya. This was our last stop before flying and we wanted to be somewhere quiet and by the beach and this was perfect for that. It is by no means a 5 star hotel, as the name implies it has a rustic vibe. The rooms are all air conditioned, has good wifi, and Mohen the caretaker was wonderful to have nearby to help with whatever we needed. The property and beach are stunning. There is only one washroom which we thought would be difficult to manage but worked out just fine between 5 adults and a child. The kitchen had mostly everything you needed to make meals. The town is a bit far and not much going on, but we preferred it that way! Overall felt it was great value and stay!

A lovely, quiet and rustic place off the beaten path. We had two relaxing days days here and the host communicated very well and is able to organize transport and other activities if you’re interested. The food was homemade and delicious. The beach quiet with only local fishermen. I’d recommend if you’re looking for a retreat away from the crowds and resorts.
