Quiet place away from the busier parts of town but a short drive to anything you might need. Appreciate the privacy and James was quick to answer any questions we had.

James was very communicative and flexible with me throughout both the reservation process and during my stay. The unit itself was well-maintained and had plenty of cleaning and everyday supplies to make my six-day stay as easy as possible. The neighborhood itself is lovely and quiet, but only a few minutes away from stores/restaurants by car.

Clean and comfortable stay. Everything that could be needed was provided. It was close enough to the heart of Eugene but still in a quite area. The place was a little smaller than expected and probably better for one person but two people will still fit just fine.

Very nice accommodations with separate side entrance. Quiet enough and convenient residential location to much of Eugene.
