不错的房子，设施一应俱全，房子就跟主人昨天还在似的，虽然离奥克兰有点远，但如果下次再来奥克兰的话，还会选择。

A lovely quiet place to stay, near the beach, plenty of beds and seating areas around the home. very comfortable bedding. it was close to the venue we visited. I highly recommend this lovely place for anyone that needs a bit if time out. a home away from home.

Unfortunately our stay at Claudine's place was quite disappointing. The place is located wonderful, the instructions were very clear and the place looked exactly like the pictures. However, when we arrived we noticed that the place was not clean. There were dogs hair everywhere in all the rooms and on the furniture, rubbish still on the floor (under the table for example, making it very clear that it wasn't cleaned properly), there was rotten food in the fridge (which made it very smelly), cigarettes outside and a very unclean toilet. After cleaning the place ourself I wrote a message to Claudine to mention what we arrived to. It was very disappointing to receive a message nearly a day later from the co-host. The apologies didn't seem sincere, saying that she did clean herself and brought her dog with her, therefor there were some hairs. As a person who grew up with dogs I can say that the amount of hair that we found, was not from just the cleaning time but from a couple of days.

This is a spacious, clean, and comfy house which is conveniently located to explore the area south of Auckland and not too far from the airport. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
