Wanting to relax with the family? Escape for some peace and quiet? Enjoy a break with friends? Or simply need a cosy but stylish place to stay while on business? This apartment has something to offer everyone! Located in Clarks Beach, just a 50 minute drive from Auckland CBD, the downstairs floor of this newly renovated house has indoor, outdoor flow and a spacious open plan, living and dining room. This downstairs apartment has beautiful views across the harbour to the city lights at night. The master bedroom with personal ensuite opens out onto the main front deck via a stacker door. Watch the tidal water ebb and flow from the comfort of bed and the city lights glittering on the horizon at night. A smaller second bedroom, has a private ranch slider and easy access to the second bathroom. Access to the laundry is through a set of bifold doors in this bathroom. The functional kitchen has lots of storage and views out the window to the sea. A breakfast bar allows for the cook to be kept company while they work or for a quick breakfast on the run. The open plan dining area is close to the kitchen and has a gas fire for winter heating and ambience. There is a spacious lounge with couch and a bean bag to chill and take in the view or watch a little TV. Access to the front deck and lawn is via the large stacker doors in the lounge and creates the perfect indoor, outdoor flow.

Our lovely host, Gabrielle was very welcoming and did everything to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable. beautifully laid out and fitted out place with the bonus of uninterrupted water views. An easy 20mins drive to Papakura and Motorway, but you need not leave Clarke Beach as it offers a fabulous choice of dine in or takeaway options. I have no hesitation in recommending seaview appartment for a getaway to relax and enjoy with family and friends.
We had a wonderful, peaceful 2 nights in the downstairs apartment. It appears to have been recently renovated, everything is high quality, super clean and we immediately felt at home. Gabrielle was always responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The apartment is right on the beach (10m) and you can hear the swans and birds which was so wonderful. Beds are really comfy too. We would definitely recommend it.
Definitely recommend for a couples get away, or just a peaceful break away. Felt like home right away, would definitely come back to stay again!
Absolutely gorgeous location! We felt very spoilt staying here. The apartment is well laid out with beautiful finishes. The bathrooms are stunning. The beds were extremely comfy! We loved the elegant feel throughout the whole place and the neighbours were so friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone happy to drive a little further. Gabrielle was so helpful and available to us if we had any questions at all. We will definitely stay again on our next stop over.

Clarks Beach is a quiet neighbourhood on the edge of the Manukau Harbour. Known for its scalloping and tidal beach, Clarks Beach is a peaceful, relaxing harbourside community, perfect for watersports, family holidays, or romantic strolls on the beach. There is a dairy, two restaurants, 18 hole golf course with cafe, fish and chip shop, and playground.
Clarks Beach is near to wedding venues and Karioitahi surf beach, a 45minute drive from Auckland International Airport, or 50 minute drive to Auckland City.
A private car or taxi is required to get to and from Clarks Beach.
Once there, it is a short walking distance from the house to the dairy, fish and chip shop, restaurants, playground and golf course.
