Stayed at Olivia's for a second year in a row before the busy season. Everything was as described and this time she had just gotten a new couch that is very comfy for relaxing after a long day of physical activity! Her place is perfectly situated for us. It's very close to a few restaurants but is in a very quiet area just outside of Cape May proper. We made use of the beach cruiser bikes she provides. The area is very bikeable so I would highly recommend using those to get around if you can. She makes it clear you are to bring your own linens and even reminded me by message beforehand so we didn't forget. There is a washer and dryer in the house you can use as well which I would greatly appreciate if we were staying for an entire week. I am very excited to go back again though maybe next time during the summer when we can actually enjoy the ocean.

We spent two nights at Olivia’s cottage during the fall migration Oct 20-22, 2024. We were pleasantly surprised her lovely, cozy cottage was a very short walk from one of our favorite convenient store in Cape May, the WestsideMarket. The cottage was clean, comfortable. And it is not far from the light house and state park where we spent two solid days bird watching. We will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed at many dozens of Air Bnb’s and find Olivia’s place at the top of my list of favorites. Nice quiet walkable neighborhood, spotless interior, and very responsive host. I felt very much at home the entire stay and noticed that Olivia had supplied everything I needed in kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom. A really great vacation.

Cozy home for my family (2 adults, toddler, and dog) and in the perfect location! A quick drive to everything or a 15 minute walk. Loved our Cape May stay!
