Located close to everything in South Jordan - in the summer it would be easy to walk/bike to grocery, restaurants and more. Additionally, there is a great running path along the neighborhood lake that is just a few blocks from the house. The space is above the garage, quiet and easy to find. Well equipped kitchen for legit cooking (including spices and oils) and plenty of linens. Dishwasher was nice to have as well. The washer/dryer is convenient in a utility closet inside the space and was heavily leveraged since we stayed a month. Loads of hot water. Tons of drawer space. If we ever needed anything, Brad was quick to respond. He also kindly cleared the steps to the apartment on the snow days before we even got out of bed. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting South Jordan or surrounding area. There is also a Trax train station 5 minute drive from the place, and gives you easy access to downtown and other areas without having to drive and pay for parking.

It was amazing!! It was the perfect amount of space and storage for my stay and the neighborhood was beautiful! It was walkable, the views were amazing, and I felt so safe walking around. There were so many cute and fun restaurants nearby which gave you lots of fun things to do! I had such an amazing time here!

Very nice apartment over detached garage. Clean, comfortable furniture and has everything you need for your stay. Would recommend to anyone heading to the South Jordan area!

Overall: Nice little space in a quiet neighborhood, good access to major roads and plenty of nearby amenities. Location: This part of South Jordan is a suburban sprawl of pleasant homes. The roads are very quiet. Host: Brad was great. Very unintrusive and check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Accomodations: A great small space with full kitchen. Plenty of storage space but no closet per se so did lack hanging space. Spare trash bags etc were available and kitchen has a dishwasher. AC unit can be a bit noisey but fine to sleep with it on.
