My second stay at the loveliest property hosted by Fassil. The sunset from the terrace is amazing. Fassil is very responsive and accommodating. It’s a lovely place, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Fassil’s lovely place. This place has everything we needed and so conveniently located in cute Point Richmond, walking trails and restaurants just around the block. Fassil was very responsive. Highly recommend and we will stay again. Thank you

Fassil place was very nice to stay at, great indoor space with a large patio to enjoy the day, easy access to the bay when needed, close friendly community and lots of parking available.

Point Richmond is a really nice area with some great little restaurants in the area and a really nice park just through the tunnel. The house itself was in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice view from the deck. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is serviceable and well stocked. Fassil was always quick to respond and replaced a washing machine that broke down within a couple of days. I also found him to be flexible.

Fassil was extremely responsive and even added an extra desk and lamp upon our request. His place was a prime location to get to Oakland and Berkeley as well as the Marin Highlands. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with the base essentials.
