Siamo stati accolti da due persone meravigliose, silvano e antonella. L'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, le camere ben arredate e fornite di tutto l'occorrente. Purtroppo, nonostante il pagamento delle pulizie, la casa era molto sporca. A parte questo, nulla da dire, soprattutto sull'accoglienza e la meravigliosa disponibilita dei proprietari. Novasol, non pervenuta! Alle mail di richiesta di informazioni non ha risposto in maniera twmpestiva e dopo la prenotazione ha deviato le nostre richieste direttamente a silvano.

Mooi, groot en verzorgd huis dicht bij Arezzo centrum en supermarkt. verdeeld in 4 appartementen. Leuk zwembad. Wel lawaaierige omgeving door vele blaffende honden vooral 's nachts en heel wat auto's die passeren. Eigenaar of conciërge is heel aanwezig maar spreekt enkel Italiaans. Was wel behulpzaam maar taalbarrière zorgde niet voor vlotte communicatie. Al bij al leuk verblijf en goede uitvalsbasis voor Zuid-Toscane

The location is owned by a separate person. Novasol is only a managing company. Once we paid and got to the property, they basically stopped doing anything helpful. There is a caretaker that lives next too the property. I believe they are the actual owner, but I am not sure. Novasol introduced them as paid staff. They only spoke Italian. They worked very hard to be helpful. The language barrier was something we were finally able to overcome. Once we could do so, it became obvious that Novasol had a very hands off mentality. We were never told the wifi password. Novasol said it was not their responsibility, that it was the caretaker's. On the whole, we liked the property at the people that take care of it. But I will not rent places managed by Novasol.

Eine saubere Unterkunft. Die vielen Schlafräume für eine Großfamilie oder Reisegruppe bestens geeignet. Der Pool sehr gepflegt. Auch die nähe zu Arezzo und anderen Ausflugszielen hat unserer Reisegruppe (10 Personen) sehr gut gefallen.
