Fabulous time with the family. Lots of fun, friendly neighbours and very quiet at night. Surronding clean. Had fun catching fish with line and hook bought at the nearby Marina. i also left two lines for future guess in the storage area under the step. The security were the best they showed us the whole runnings like a VIP treatment, and always pass and made sure that all is well during our stay. would difenetly recommend this place and will be going back in the near future for longer time.

We stayed at Marjorie’s place and it was in such a great location. It’s in the jolly beach community area with restaurants and supermarkets in the complex. The apt was close to jolly beach with a little path to the side of the community entrance that leads right to it. The apt itself was beautiful, 2 rooms en-suite, on the 2nd floor with a lovely balcony facing the water on both floors.

This listing was overall a great find. The place was spacious, in a nice gated community and clean. The place was as expected when you view the pictures, located on a quiet street in the neighborhood overlooking the private marina’s. The space was quite large and would be great for families or long term stays. The community itself was also a great place as it had many things within the place (restaurants, security, grocery, car rental, pharmacy, coffee shop)- I would say that the only two downfalls would be that the water doesn’t stay hot for more than 7 minutes in the shower, so anyone after will have to wait. The second downfall is that the location before you book and the location sent after you book are not where the place actually is. The community is separated into South finger (close to amenities) and North finger (farther up). This is in north (not south where it implies). You NEED a car or golf cart rental. It’s a 30 minute walk to the amenities (dinner/beach etc.)

Marjorie’s place was perfect for us. It was clean, had amenities like AC, a kitchen and a washer dryer. It was about 10 minutes walk from north beach and 30 minutes from Jolly Harbour beach. Along the way to jolly harbour there are restaurants to eat at and a grocery store conveniently located. Marjorie was responsive and even helped refer us to a golf cart rental which I suggest if you plan on staying here as it is convenient for getting around Jolly. Overall, great experience and stay.
