We have just returned from a 6 night stay with our family and my brothers family, totally 4 adults and 5 children aged between 8 and 12. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. The views from the pool and garden are stunning. We loved how quiet and private the space was and also how spacious the house was for our 2 families. We also loved being able to visit the beautiful town of Narni just 15minutes drive away, perfect for dinners out. We also visited Rome twice by train during our stay from Orte. This was very straight forward. I would highly recommend of are looking for a home with a mix of quiet and peacefulness along with some day trips (we also loved visiting Marmore Falls and Piediluco Lake). The only negative was the lack of aircon - however our trip was during the heat wave and the fans in every room did help.

This house is such an amazing spot for a small group in the countryside. Everything about it was special and we can wait to return.
