Beautiful property! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The warm and friendly host Sami, was always available and came by at least once a day to make sure that everything was in order. The house was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight was watching the sun set over the infinity edge pool, with the ocean in the distance. A second highlight was surf lessons with Isaac Martinez, (five zero six six three two one eight eight nine four) whom Sami recommended. My wife, age 56, who had never surfed before, was surfing after a two hour lesson! In addition, Isaac (who is also a sushi chef)and his girlfriend Sarah, prepared a sumptuous sushi dinner for us at the house and took us for an amazing ATV tour. Overall, this was a fantastic stay at a very beautiful property in a gorgeous and unique resort town.

todo funciono muy bien, en mi caso tuve que reservar para el mismo dia y la comunicacion y el ingreso fue muy bueno, el lugar tiene una excelente ubicacion

I have to start by stating that Tomas, the concierge who welcomed us at the house was extremely helpful anytime we had a question/issue. He arranged for us to fly to Tambor from SJO after our travel plans had changed at the last minute. He suggested different activities and made reservations for us. As far as the house is concerned, it’s even better than what the photos suggest. The view is amazing, there is plenty of space inside and outside to relax and watch the sunset in the pool. We’ve stayed at many houses around Santa Teresa and this was the best place so far. The location is just a few minutes from the beach, stores and restaurants. I highly recommend the house if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax .

The staff was wonderful. Place needs a little TLC. Needs new lounge chairs and sofas. It’s a spectacular view. Pool is amazing. We all got head colds- AC need new filters which I asked for but never received. It’s also a very steep driveway up to the house. We drove 4x4s. It’s a difficult walk up to house. Other than that it is a great location- close to everything in town.
