Ross was very responsive and the location was great! Well decorated home and prefect for UVA graduation weekend!
Thank you Ross and family for opening up your beautiful home. We had a wonderful 2 nights and enjoyed all the thoughtful amenities in the house, as well as the nearby restaurants. The place was spotless, tastefully designed and very comfortable. They left basics in the fridge including local eggs which made breakfasts easy.
Ross place was very nice and quiet and close to downtown. The parking is pretty tight but there are 3 spaces and on the street. The home is nicely renovated. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths and another full bath on first floor. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend!
Terrific location near downtown Charlottesville within walking distance of the mall and Belmont. The house renovation was amazing. Ross was super responsive and helpful.
The only reason I didn't give all five stars but held one back for value is because we had the AIRBNB over Commencement weekend UVA, when I'm pretty sure there is high demand and so prices reflect that. Not really good value but the house worked extremely well.

My wife Whitney and I have lived in Charlottesville for 17 years! We have a sweet four year-old girl and 1.5 yr-old boy. We love the city and are lucky to live downtown where we can walk or ride our bikes to almost everything. We've spent the last four years renovating our modern farmhouse from a condemned eye-sore to a bright home that we can now share with guests from all over the world. We also like gardening, riding bikes, potlucks, hiking, and most things art-related. Whitney is an architect and Ross is a builder. If you explore some of Charlottesville, you will see some of the murals Ross produced as director of the Charlottesville Mural Project for five years. We can recommend all kinds of fun things to do, places to eat, and things to see. Collectively, we have traveled to over 30 countries, and our favorite experiences often involve meeting locals, being welcomed into a house, and doing something un-touristy! We look forward to making your stay in Charlottesville a good one!
