Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the property, the views and the house. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed two days here with our 6 adult kids for our wedding celebration at a winery nearby and it couldn’t have been better. The fire pit and spacious deck were perfect hang out spots right off the kitchen. Joni was a great host, providing us with helpful details about the property and checking in to make sure our stay was all good. Marty & Rhonda

Perfect spot for a family getaway! The house has everything you need, and lots of great spaces to be. We enjoyed a family ping pong tournament, watched March Madness basketball in the cozy living room, enjoyed happy hour overlooking the woods and mountains. Easy drives to all Charlottesville has to offer while staying in what felt like a rural, secluded spot.

What a great place to stay for a girls weekend! Lots of beds and baths and a spacious kitchen. Hang out spaces are cozy and there are several. Would stay here again!!!

Unique cottage set on peaceful grounds. Good for quite a few people. Had all the amenities and was truly turnkey for a great weekend. We’ll be back.
