Our family group of 10 stayed here for my daughter's graduation from UVA. We couldn't have asked for a better location or set-up to suit our needs! The house was exactly as described and had all that we needed. The location was fantastic--walkable to the downtown mall, and a terrific brew pub a block away. We ended up not using the trolley service to campus, but there is a stop close by for that, too. Happily, street parking was a breeze! That part was very helpful. Best of all, Wes was SO responsive! He always answered all questions and communications through the app immediately. This was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this house as a rental to meet all your Cville needs!

The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable for 7 of us to enjoy our weekend getaway. The location was very central and convenient to the university, orchards, and vineyards. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate us and even stocked the fridge for us! They were wonderful hosts and we would highly recommend their home for your next trip to Charlottesville. Enjoy!

The whole family stayed here for UVA graduation and so glad we opted for a house over hotels. Easy to get to, easy to park, close to everything (walkable) to some stuff. The house is very clean and comfortable with lots of room and 2 bathrooms which worked well for 6 people. Wes is very responsive. While noted in the amenities, there is no onsite washer/dryer, which a big deal unless you have a last minute need for an iron. Highly recommend the house for a lovely stay in downtown Charlottesville
