The place met our expectations. It is well-maintained and as described. Derrick is a great host who does everything he can to accommodate your stay. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Great communication and Derrick went out of his way to assure we had what we needed for our stay. Pool table was nice on the rainy day.

Derrick's place is fantastic. It's small but so comfy! We stayed there when we drove up to see the eclipse, and it was perfect. Being able to sit outside on the wooden swing, watching the birds on the river, was so relaxing. And Derrick is an amazing host, very responsive and friendly. We're already planning to stay here again next time we head that way.

Derricks place is nice and clean and he has so much to do. My kids had so much fun. We will be back!
