This cotatge has everything you need for a great night's stay. The one bedroom cottage has a queen bed in the captain's quarters where you will find a new memory foam matress. The closet is stocked with extra bedding and towels. The cozy living room has a twin day bed and a sofa bed that allows for additional sleeping areas. The cottage is also stocked with a self inflating King air matress and pack and play. There is a smart TV loaded with Spectrum internet and Spectrum TV channels. You can easily access your favorite TV apps as well. There is also a DVD player with several movie selections. The TV also has an anteana for local channel viewing. There is an electric fireplace to complete your cozy cottage get away. The dining room has a four person table with a view of the water. The oversized kitchen counters give you plenty of room to prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. You will find all the dishware, pots and pans, and appliances you need to enjoy your stay. Full sized refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwaher. You will also have a washer and dryer unit in your cottage for your stay. The bathroom is updated and includes and oversized stand up shower (no tub. Stocked with soaps and tissue paper. You will have access to the fenced backyard. There you will find a gas grill and plenty of room to enjoy your water views. Please note for pets, the water side of the property is not fenced, only the sides. The house is heated with a forced air gas furnace and an optional electric fireplace. The cottage has a Nest Thermostat that you may adjust to your perfect temperature upon your arrival. (Touch the right side of the thermostat to operate) If you want to have me remotely adjust the temperature upon your arrival or during your visit, just ask. You will use a keyless touch pad with a code to enter the cottage. I do NOT have a Ring Doorbell, or any cameras inside or outside the cottage. Enjoy your privacy. The immediate neighbors are both private homeowners. They enjoy the company of the cottage guests and also know how to contact me if there are any neighborhood concerns. For pet owners, they do not have dogs. You will never be upcharged for anything at Halfway Creek Cottage. There is never a cleaning fee or additional charge for pets. The owner is local and availible 24/7 to guests. .
