The backyard was great for our 4 year old grandkids. The basement was perfect for the adults to play pool, darts, etc. The kitchen had all we needed. The couches were great for accommodating our big party. The televisions were everywhere. Rose was very nice and helpful.

The house pictures were accurate. Rose (host) was very responsive and answered any questions we had right away. We loved the space and really enjoyed the patios! Only wish we could have used them more. The house accommodated 7 adults and three kids pretty comfortably. One adult had to sleep on the loft single bed which wasn’t ideal but we made it work. The amenities were great and the house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy too. Location was pretty convenient for us as we were all attending a wedding in Littleton.

Rose is a great host, this is a great place to stay for a fun filled weekend. Great amenities and location for going to downtown or driving out for outdoor activities. Very clean house, and you won't mind staying in-doors with your group of friends and family.

The house was really great and exactly as advertised! The basement was super fun and the yard was perfect for my kids (aged 9, 5, and 3). Overall, the house was perfect as a home base for us as I was traveling to Golden, CO for a few events while we were still close enough to go into Denver proper for museums, kids stuff, etc. Perfect for our family plus grandparents with room to spare!
