I stayed at Paul's with my wife and 18-month-old for 3 nights in the offseason. The apartment was exactly as described and was a great base for us to explore Stari Grad and the Island of Hvar. Paul was proactive with his communication and was able to accommodate a late check-out for us. The apartment had one parking spot and was just a few minutes walk from the old town. Internet was not super fast (especially upload speed) but was quick enough to stream Netflix or take a video call. There is technically a view of the water from the balcony/living room, but note there are more than a few trees and neighbouring apartments blocking most of the view. All-in-all, this was a five-star-stay for us.

We've stayed for a week at Paul's place and had a great experience. The flat has all that anyone would need for a long stay. It's very spacious, has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms with very big living room + kitchen, so even a larger family would find it comfortable to live there. The area is very quiet. Each bedroom has blinds that completely block the light out. The apartment has it's own parking labeled in front of the building. Would definitely come back again! 😀

Het gebouw is wel wat gehorig, maar is netjes en alles zit erin. De locatie is goed je kunt overal lopend heen, veel gezellige restaurants in de buurt en strandjes.

Paul was extremely helpful. The place was exactly as advertised and was a clean, comfortable, well-located property. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Living room was spacious and the balcony was a lovely and useful space too. Thanks Paul.
