This bed and breakfast is the benchmark that all others should aim for. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, has a wide variety of amenities and a breakfast that has us wishing we had it to look forward to tomorrow. If you're an animal person, Dale and Rachel's place is heaven on earth with cats, dogs, chickens, horses and a few goats that you can say hello to as you roam the property. We loved the quiet darkness at night and were enchanted to see the on-premises, natural waterfall next to the treehouse that Dale built. If you find your travels will take you near the coast of Oregon, give yourself a treat and include a day or two stay with Dale and Rachel. .

We had a lovely time at Rachel's bed & breakfast! She was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. It was peaceful listening to the heavy rainfall from bed. The tub and shower were very nice in the room! We used the hottub and that was refreshing in the rain. There's also a sauna you can go in. We only stayed one night so we opted for dinner & watching a movie over going in the sauna. Lots of things to do! Definitely take the short walk to go see the treehouse & waterfall on the property! We'll be back to try that out next!

Our stay was an absolute delight. The house itself was breathtakingly gorgeous, and the surrounding property offered a serene and family-friendly environment. The guest kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our meal. What truly set this experience apart was the welcoming and friendly hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. From a thoughtful bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary to the impeccable quality of the bedding and bath soaps, they truly thought of everything. One of the standout moments of our stay was when they surprised us with a warm, homemade apple pie straight from the oven. It was, without a doubt, the best apple pie I've ever tasted. The hosts even treated us to apple pancakes made from the apples in their yard and eggs from their own chickens. It was a farm-to-table experience like no other. In every aspect, our stay at Taylor Creek Lodge was simply amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend!
