WELCOME TO BAOBAB COTTAGES! Baobab Cottages (self catering)take you out off the main street of Livingstone's hustle and bustle. We offer you what we believe to be a true African experience where you feel the rustic earth of Zambia under your feet. Our cottages give you an "off grid" dream, promising you a true bush affair with magnificent early morning sunrises and late afternoon sunsets surrounded by nothing but Baobab trees and bush, peace and quiet. The journey to our cottages begins from the heart of Livingstone meandering towards the Vic falls. Just short of 4kms away from the falls, you will turn onto our earthy sand and gravel road leading you to our head quarters United Air Charters main thatched gazebo. And it is here that, should you wish, you can book one of our incredible flights through the gorge and over the magnificent Victoria Falls(One of the 7 wonders of the world). Alternatively you can continue onwards to your cottage situated right next to the Baobab dam. Our dam is fullest during the rainy seasons where you are guaranteed of green bush and softer soil. However, several do prefer the dam at lower levels when things are drier and more open. Each cottage is humble but tasteful in its own right suitable for a single person or a family of 4. Activities are vast as you can experience a walk through our popular trail run(or mountain bike), visit the Vic Falls, close to several popular game drive destinations, famers market weekend activities and more. Any activities of your choosing booked in advance includes a transfer too and from free of charge. This is a huge saving for any world traveller. Our Baobab Cottages wont disappoint anyone whose heart is yearning for some down time and some quiet time in Africa.
