Nicole was a great hostess and quickly and clearly responded to messages in a helpful way. The cottage, beach, view of the water and the ducks, geese and swans were wonderful. It was very quiet and peaceful, especially with the neighbouring houses unoccupied at the time. I recommend it and would like to return.

Thanks Nicole and Mike. The place is lovely. The view from the back of the house is magnificent. Really enjoyed the stay. A few things. As others mentioned, the partition between the rooms doesn't go all the way up and one can be disturbed by the light at night. We found the house to be very well insulated (our stay was later in March during very cold, very windy and snowy week), especially from wind. However, the air inside is very very dry and you may want to bring or have a humidifier on hand. My friend and I both struggled with very dry air in the house. Unfortunately, the fireplace only worked for 2 out of the 7 days we stayed there which was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise, Nicole and Mike are lovely and responsive hosts, the house is spacious and very clean. Thank you Mike and Nicole.
