The close proximity to beautiful Sellicks Beach and convenient general store make it most appealing. 15 minutes drive to the famous McLaren Vale wine region. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. 2 lounge areas. Main bedroom with ensuite. Outdoor decking area for entertaining. Outdoor shower. Toys, cubby house and lawn areas for children. Pets and smoking are allowed outside only.

Lovely old fashioned family holiday home. Great for beach holiday. Plenty of room and close to the beach.

Public bus stop is on the Esplanade and are quite regular
