Das Haus ist schön gelegen, der Pool ist auch gut, oftmals liegt das Haus jedoch im Schatten, die Küche war nicht sauber. Der Geschirrspühler sowie ein paar Sanitäre Anlagen haben nicht funktioniert. Alles in allem war das Haus okay jedoch könnte man mit wenig Aufwand das Haus putzen damit es wieder sauber ist.

Me and my friends had a great stay in the villa. The communication as well as the handover of the keys was perfect. The pool and the view over the vineyards is breathtaking. It is 15 minutes by car to the sea and you can walk in 10-15 min. to the old town. We came with 14 people, the kitchen and the terrace as well as the pool area have been sufficiently prepared for this, but from our point of view the sofa beds cannot be used by 2 adults. We recommend 10-12 people.

Casolare bellissimo immerso nelle campagne toscane a pochi chilometri dal mare. Cucina fornita di tutto e anche di più. Stanze curate con balconi con vista stupenda sulle colline. Abbiamo passato lì Capodanno per cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bella piscina sulla terrazza superiore. Custodi molto gentili e presenti per qualsiasi necessità. Una vacanza confortevole e di grande relax.

Beautiful house and surroundings! The house is great for a group of friends or family with lots of space, diffrent places to gather for food or fellowship and still many little spots to take some lonetime in the hammock, on a terrasse or go for a walk throgh the nearby vineyards. Each room is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything was clean and we found all we need! The pool is fantastic and offers breathtaking views over the valley and the sea. The house is secluded and you are comlpetely by your own but if you fancy for a tasty pasta or latenight gelati the pretty village Campiglia Marritima isn‘t far. Susi was very helpful and always answered our questions immediately. We had a great time and warmly recommend Casa Bernadino.
